As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Paul believes there is only one way to do things, and that is the right way!
With a childhood spent on jobsites helping his father install electrical systems, Paul grew up with a sound knowledge and interest in electrical systems and building construction where he later acquired a Master’s Electrical License at only age 27.
Paul opened Sullivan Signature Homes in 2001 at the age of 28.
As a builder, Paul maintains a very hands-on approach to managing the building process with daily oversight of new homes under construction.
He works very closely with you, the customer, and his construction team throughout the entire building process.
The Sullivan ‘mission’ is to provide each customer with service that reflects quality, integrity and value.
Our Team is built on reputation. We work well together and treat each other, and our customers, with respect. Our team is a big part of making each home project a success.
